Our investment arm, Little Wing Collective LLC, invests in companies and funds that seek for-profit solutions to social, economic and environmental challenges. While coming from a variety of backgrounds, our investments include funds and companies led by entrepreneurs who are Black, Brown, Asian-American and women. Above all, we invest in entrepreneurs and funders driven by purpose. Our giving arm, Little Wing Fund, focuses on community-based, founder-led nonprofits seeking social, economic and environmental justice. Little Wing Collective and Little Wing Fund strive to be a positive influence to those working in disinvested communities and those focused on climate change initiatives.

Little Wing Collective invests in businesses that seek for-profit solutions to social, economic and environmental challenges. Our investments include businesses that are founded and led by Black, Brown, Asian-American, and women entrepreneurs. We are partners in a variety of investment funds, including those led by people of color and women and funds that invest in those companies. We also invest in companies and funds addressing sustainable energy and the climate.
Little Wing Fund supports founder-led, community-based nonprofit organizations that serve disinvested communities, primarily in Chicago. These organizations seek to address social, economic and racial justice, including access to housing, health care, mental health services, education, access to arts, the environment and a number of other social services needs of communities and individuals.
